Lift My Head, I'm Still Yawning

Getting a bit slack again on the updates. Had a fairly lazy few days so not much of note to report on. Think I was pretty burnt out after the 30 days thing.

It rained in Sydney - 01/10

I slept most (pretty much all) of the day.

I have a ceiling. Need to buy a light shade - 02/10

It rained in Sydney a lot.

Tree starting to get full again - 03/10

Public Holiday! Woo Hoo! Went to lunch and then for a walk around Newtown after. We stopped over in St Stephens for a bit of a walk inside the graveyard. Lovely grounds. They have tours every Sunday for a small fee. Its one of Sydney's oldest churches, a few interesting stories to be heard.

A giant Morton Bay Fig is in the front of the grounds. Planted in 1848 with a current span of nearly 30 metres, it could rival The Oaks' Oak tree.

 Fig tree - 04/10

Back at Uni. Forgot to take a photo (yikes). I took this one on the Monday walk down at Carriageworks.

 Clearing skies - 05/10

Fairly uneventful. I did resume Uni. Apart from that I got nuthin'

Wet, wet, wet

I love driving my car when it rains. Especially heavy rain like today where my wipers go all the way to 3. The fact that I'm in such heavy rain and not getting wet is what I enjoy. Better on long trips though. Not like today where I had to go to uni and wander about it the crappy rain whilst getting soaked.

Leaves - 26/05

It was a heavy one. Reminds me of that scene from Ghostbusters where they are in the sewer and all the hate from NY makes the pink stuff grow.

Moving very very fast.

Maybe not so much. Am going to buy a new camera. I found an online place where I can get the one I want for $230 instead of the $400 retail. Too good to be true? The reviews of this place are pretty good though.

When heaven and Earth are hand in hand, thy will be done!!!!!!

Rainy day in Sydney today.

18/05

I hung about the house. Reading for essays not really doing much else. Rainy days remind me of home. I much prefer rainy and colder days then I do hot summer days.
